Price information
The prices do not include local tax and are per apartment per day.
The local tax is €4 per person, per day. Children under 16 are not charged.
For stays of 3 nights or less, a short stay supplement of €5 per person per night will be added. For stays during the Ski Start & Firn weeks, there is no short stay supplement.
During peak season, the apartment can be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Start and Firn bookable from 4 nights. Shorter or longer stays upon request.

Cancellation terms
Cancellation policy and terms and conditions: The regulations stipulated by the Austrian hotel contract conditions, .
• Free of charge - up to 3 months before arrival.
• 40% up to 1 month before arrival.
• 70% 1 month to 1 week before arrival.
• 90% in the last week before arrival.
• 100% in case of early departure or no-show,

Want to play it safe in case something unexpected happens? We recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance. It covers cancellation fees or early departure costs and even includes coverage for helicopter rescue expenses.

Local tax
Euro 4.00 per person and night - children up to 16 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
Reservations:
Are only valid in writing - email/post. To make a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the booking amount. The deposit can be made by bank transfer within 10 days.

Payment:
The billing takes place at the latest one day before departure. We accept CASH, VISA, MasterCard and bank cards.
You are also welcome to transfer the remaining amount in advance.
Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.
Travel cancellation insurance:
So that you do not incur unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation due to illness, death, job loss, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Non-smoking apartments:
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
Short stays:
For short stays of up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of Euro 5.00 per person per day.
Bread service:
You are welcome to order rolls for the next day every day by 6 p.m. (not included in the price)
Parking spaces:
Parking spaces are available directly at our house.
Pets:
On request. If possible, an additional charge of €25 per day per pet, excluding food.
